The live totals your whole team sees on the tracker, from the office to the van.
Site adds an Update, the PM approves it, the office actions it. Done.
Move a date.
Everything follows.
Nobody retypes a thing.
Forecasts from your own line rates, with retention and variations built in.
Updates, certificates and Tool Box Talks on any phone.
The live picture on screen, all day, with no one touching it.
PAD360 wasn't dreamed up in a software office. It grew out of years running projects within architectural metalwork and steelwork contractors, on real contracts, by people who've lived with the spreadsheet. Designed, built and supported in the UK.
Your free trial is a made-up company with made-up jobs, so explore as much as you like. Nothing you do touches anyone's real work, and if you want to start again we'll set you up a fresh one. Pick who to be:
From one van to a hundred operatives. If you run several jobs with several people, PAD360 keeps every job, date and message in one place.
Start where you are now. As you grow, move up in a click: same site, same jobs, nothing to type again.
The boss, a site lead and the office. Every job, its dates and the latest from site in one place, instead of texts and a whiteboard.

PAD360 was created by Richard Clarke, who has spent 40 years in UK construction, more than 25 of them in structural steelwork and architectural metalwork. He's worked at every level, from the tools and the yard to running some of the largest projects departments in the sector.
“I've spent years chasing updates, retyping dates and asking which spreadsheet is the latest. PAD360 is the tool I always wanted: one live picture of every job, that the people on site actually use.”Richard Clarke, founder
Self-employed bricklayer on sites across the south of England.
Eleven years at a steel lintel manufacturer, working through every part of the business to the board.
Branch and operations manager supplying structural steelwork and architectural metalwork: sales, buying, production, transport and safety.
Thirteen years with one of the UK's largest architectural metalwork contractors, running London contracts for leading housebuilders and main contractors.
Set up an architectural metalwork division and grew it to £2.5 million turnover.
Around 40 projects at once, from £50,000 terraces to £3 million balcony contracts, with design, site, safety and people under one roof.
At a London specialist contractor, on some of the capital's landmark buildings.
Built on live contracts and shaped by the people using it every day: site teams, project managers, QSs and the office.

A live tracker for contractors running several jobs at once. Every job, every line and every operative on one page, with dates that work back from the client's programme, updates from site on any phone, and programmes, Scope of Works and reports made from the same information. Nobody retypes anything.
Contractors with several jobs and several people: from a small team of three to a firm with a hundred operatives. It grew out of years spent running projects within architectural metalwork and steelwork contractors, and suits any trade that plans, makes or fits: builders, cladding, fit-out, M&E, joinery, roofing and more.
Ask for a free trial. You get a made-up company, usually for 7 days, and can go in as the boss, a project manager, someone on site or the QS. Nothing you do touches anyone's real work.
Not hard. On Professional and Complete, set-up includes bringing your spreadsheet in and training your team. On Foundation and Core you add your jobs yourself.
No. It works in the web browser on any computer, tablet or phone. On a phone you can add it to your home screen and it opens like an app, with notifications.
It was shaped by the people using it on live jobs: site teams, project managers, QSs and the office. An update from site takes seconds on a phone, the right person is told straight away, and everyone sees the same live picture, so there's no reason to go back to texts and phone calls.
You decide. Admins change things directly. Other people's changes can wait for an admin's approval, and a project manager approves updates on their own jobs. You can switch parts on or off and choose who sees each one.
No, PAD360 is for your own team. You send clients copies instead: a Scope of Works with the columns you choose, a programme, or a status report.
Yes. Scope of Works and programmes print or download as PDF and Excel, and with Planning you can export to MS Project or Primavera P6. Admins can download every job's Scope of Works and the labour records at any time.
Yes: your logo, your statuses, your standard lead times, your company holidays and your lists of fabricators and QSs. Each company has its own site, so your settings never affect anyone else.
No. PAD360 is for running jobs once they're won: dates, progress, site, labour and commercial tracking. Keep your accounts software for quotes and invoices.
Yes. Move up whenever you like: same site, same jobs, same history, and the extra parts switch on straight away. Modules can be added or dropped at any time.
Add extra users for £5 each a month, or move up a package. Accounts you switch off or remove don't count.
Every package includes file space for your certificates, standard documents and toolbox talks: 1 GB on Foundation, 2 GB on Core, 10 GB on Professional and 25 GB on Complete, which lasts most firms years. Need more? Add 25 GB for £10 a month or 100 GB for £25 a month, at any time. Settings shows how much you've used, and everything is backed up every night, off the server.
Each company has its own separate site and database, kept on UK servers, backed up every night with a further off-site copy. Support only comes in when your admin allows it, for one visit, and it's logged. There's more on the Your data page.
You get your data first. Then your site is archived, and deleted for good after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Email us. When we need to look at your site, your admin presses Allow support for a single visit, so we never go in without permission.
Jump straight to your company's login.
